Big Ron Whittler-Paint Stick Whittling Knife

This is a great project for Baloo the Builder.

The scouts can learn how to cut, sand, drill and assemble. 1/8" dowel is used for the pins. 

Then this whittling knife can be used to carve soap for the whittling chip, and help the scout safely learn knife rules and handling.
